Strengths

There are several reasons for including CliftonStrengths in the “Explore the Thinking” section, but there’s one big one.

Several years ago, there was a carefully selected team of Implications Wheel Facilitators. They were experienced and had worked together on many projects. I was curious about possible connections with their strengths, so I had each of them complete the CliftonStrengths profile.

The result is clear — look at that cluster for the “Strategic Thinking” theme. Our best facilitators aren’t just good at facilitation — they love doing it.
